Hotel a Lithia Springs

“The staff was a complete delight. The clerk who checked us in didn’t just welcome us, he invited us in and asked to make ourselves comfortable. It made the whole experience more like visiting a friend’s house than a hotel check-in. The breakfast had a good variety of quality offerings, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet, despite being next to a busy thoroughfare.”

“I never checked in. They didn’t have the room that they advertised on the Internet. They’ll allow me to book the room with you and then call me a couple hours before check-in time and tell me they don’t have that room available and they don’t know why it was posted on the Internet that is poor professionalism so I hope I was not charged for this, but I was not able to even get a room I had a total of five people to get in that room and the room supposed to hold six the one that I booked ”

“The service was awesome! We loved our room… the cleanliness was top tier as well! They also have a on site Starbucks. Theres a complimentary lemon water station as well. ”

“Well upon staying here the third in I find pubic hairs in one of my wash cloths and then the following day I find pubic hairs in my shower towel. I will never stay there again ”

“this hotel's policy for a week stay was "empty your own trash" "Bring your used towels down to the desk for new ones" and "We service the room every 7 days". All I heard was there will be no actual service at this hotel, thank you for staying. ”

“The airport shuttle is point less if you have a 6 am flight you will have to schedule a Lyft or Uber to the airport because the shuttle doesn’t start until 5 am. With boarding being 5:15 that doesn’t work well. Also everything lounge and breakfast area seem to be shut down bc they were waiting on licenses. That was definitely a bummer. The outside pool area was nice, the games they had available in the lobby was awesome as well. ”
